Are all of your products authentic and genuine?
Yes, our team follow a strict authentication policy of all our stock which ensures that items are 100% authentic before they are shipped.
Where do you get your stock from?
All of our stock comes from the main brand retailers, and approved private sellers. By doing this, we can assure all of our inventory is authentic.
Do you also buy shoes?
Yes, we are always looking to buy new and hyped sneakers. For any regards to your inventory, please contact us via our contact section.
Who will deliver my parcel?
Our shipments are sent mainly through UPS via the UK and select EU countries, with Royal Mail being used occasionally for our UK shipments.
Do you sell shoes which aren't listed on the website?
Yes, we can provide shoes which do not appear on our website, please send an enquiry within the 'Sourcing' section and expect a response within 24 hours.
What happens if my order isn't the correct size?
Unfortunately we cannot process refunds for shoes which have been tried on or worn. Please seek our 'Size Guide' for accurate sizing information so you do not run into this problem.
When will my order be shipped?
All of our orders are usually dispatched within the same / next working day depending on the time of your order. Orders placed before 12PM will likely be shipped out on that same working day with next day delivery. At busier times, your orders may be dispatched in as late as 3 working days.
