Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds:

We are very strict with our returns policy. Please make sure you read the rules before shopping with us. These rules are to prevent fraudulent behavior and activity

Soled are not responsible for any minor glue stains or stitching errors on the shoe. These are very common. We do not see this as a valid reason for discounts or compensation. We are a resell store. We do not produce the items we sell. This means we are not liable if the quality of the shoe decreases over time. Soled are not responsible for items which are refused by the buyer on delivery for whatever reason, instead you should contact us immediately to mitigate the situation.

Refunds/Exchanges must be advised to us & returned to our specified address within 28 days of delivery date. Please email help@soledselection.com , quoting your order number for any problems.

If We Accept your return:

Return postage will be paid by us. We will either: Provide you with a prepaid return label, or you can send your item back to us with your own shipping label, and that will be reimbursed within your refund. Please used a tracked service, since we our not responsible if the item becomes missing or lost in transit.

The item must be returned double boxed (to prevent shoe box damage) , in the original box/packaging, in unused/unworn with all accessories/factory tags attached/included. 

Once the item has been received & inspected, the full refund/exchange will be processed & you will be advised of the final settlement. We will deny a refund if any of these rules are found to be violated.

Cancellations:

We are happy to accept cancellations for whatever desired reason, however these must be stated to our email help@soledselection.com - alongside your order number, within 30 minutes, as some items are processed internally within the same working day. We will refund the full order amount.
